Terms of Use

Effective October 29, 2026. These terms apply to the Real-IN AI personal testing preview provided by Social Monkey AI LLC. By creating an account or using the preview, you agree to these terms.

Testing access

The preview is provided for testing and may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. You must be an adult, provide accurate account details, and keep your account secure. Do not share access credentials or attempt to access another workspace.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to operate the app, generate drafts, maintain your workspace, and provide support. Only submit content you have permission to use.

Review AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output. You are responsible for checking campaign facts, offers, permissions, claims, and legal requirements before using a draft. Real-IN does not guarantee sales, leads, originality, or a particular outcome.

Drafts and permitted use

This release does not send or schedule campaigns. An available mailbox connection lets you request a test email from that mailbox to your verified Real-IN account email or the connected mailbox itself, as shown in Settings. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not use the app for spam, fraud, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not probe or bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Availability and responsibility

The preview is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Social Monkey AI LLC is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this testing preview. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access and updates

You may stop using the preview and request account deletion. We may suspend access to protect the service or respond to misuse. We may update these terms as the preview changes; material changes will be identified in the app or through an account notice when appropriate.
