Information you provide

We process your account email and authentication information, the personal and business details you enter, campaign instructions and copy, campaign briefs, and uploaded brand images. Avoid entering confidential customer lists or sensitive personal information into this preview.

Voice and AI features

When you start voice, your microphone audio is sent to OpenAI to support the conversation and transcription. Relevant conversation excerpts, business information, campaign content, and requests are sent to OpenAI to plan or edit campaigns. Saved campaign briefs and work records may contain facts from the conversation. You can pause or end voice using the orb.

Storage and service providers

Supabase provides account authentication, database storage, and uploaded-file storage. Vercel hosts the app. Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset emails. OpenAI provides voice and campaign-generation services. These providers process information needed to operate their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage holds preferences, profile details, and recoverable work for the signed-in account. Information saved only in your browser may remain on that device after sign-out. Operational records may include request identifiers, AI usage, timestamps, errors, and network or device information needed to run and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, maintain your workspace, create and edit drafts, recover unfinished work, send account emails, provide support, and investigate problems or abuse. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising in this preview.

Mailbox connections

When a provider’s connection is available in Settings, you can authorize your own Gmail or Microsoft account. Real-IN requests permission to send email, basic account identity, and offline access so the permission can be refreshed. We store the connected email address, provider account identifier, granted permissions, and encrypted access and refresh tokens in your Real-IN workspace. Tokens remain on the server and are not sent to the voice or campaign-writing AI.

This preview does not read your inbox, contacts, existing messages, or mailbox drafts. Its only email-send control is a test you explicitly request from your connected mailbox to the verified email address used for your Real-IN account, shown in Settings. Campaign sending and scheduling remain unavailable. We retain minimal request receipts to prevent duplicate test sends.

Disconnect in Settings to remove Real-IN’s stored connection and tokens. You can also revoke permission in your Google or Microsoft account’s app-access settings. Provider consent does not give Real-IN your Google or Microsoft password.

Real-IN AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train or improve general-purpose AI models, sell it, or use it for advertising.

Retention, access, and deletion

Saved workspace data remains while it is needed for your account and the preview, unless you request deletion. Some records may remain for security, legal obligations, or provider backup retention. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@socialmonkeyai.com from your account address. See data deletion for details. Clear this site’s browser data to remove its local copies from a device.

Security and international processing

We use authenticated access and account-scoped workspaces. No system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Children, changes, and contact
