Delete your Real-IN data

Email info@socialmonkeyai.com from the address associated with your Real-IN account. Say whether you want to delete a particular campaign or your account and workspace. Do not send your password or authentication codes.

We will verify that the request belongs to you before removing account data. An account deletion request covers its campaign drafts, saved briefs, uploaded assets, and account identity, subject to any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons and provider backup retention.

To remove local preferences and recoverable work from a device, also clear realinai.com’s cookies and site data in that browser. Signing out alone does not erase browser storage.

Use Disconnect under Settings → Email accounts to remove a stored mailbox connection and its tokens. You can also remove Real-IN’s permission in your Google or Microsoft account’s app-access settings. Deleting a Real-IN account does not delete an account you hold with another service.
